SMG Rapid-Edge 55DM Double Sided Milling Type Plate Beveling Machine

The SMG Rapid-Edge 55DM Double Sided Milling Type Plate Beveling Machine is a turntable for double side edge beveling & milling process for weld preparation. It comes with a wide working range clamp thickness 6-60mm, bevel angle10-60 degree and -10 to -60 degree as an option. This machine offers easy processing operation with high efficiency and previous at Ra 3.2-6.3.

Two processing options available:

• Model 1: Cutter catches the steel and leads into the machine to complete the job while processing small steel plates.
• Model 2: Machine will move along the edge of steel and complete the job while processing large steel plates.
