SMG Bar Threading Machines are ideal for rapid external bolt and bar threading. The rotating head allows for the bar to be clamped securely on the saddle, increasing rigidity for excellent efficiency and faster threading times. A wide range of Tangential Die Chasers are available for: BSW, UNF, METRIC, UNC, ACME Bolt and bar threading.

• Bar threading machines designed to cut external threads on bars using a tangential chaser design.
• A threading chaser is used for cutting the thread onto the bar allowing the bar to remain stationary while the die-head rotates cutting the thread.
• Different types of threads can be cut on the bar such as BSW, NPT, UNF, METRIC, UNC, ACME, BSF threads, etc.
• Threading Capacity: 1/2″ to 2.1/2″
